Ingredients

  • 1 puri chicken le
  • 2-4 pounds parsley
  • 1/ wqarts cold water
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoon namak
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 chopped large carrots

Part one
Chicken prepare Karen.

Part two

 

1. aap pani dale cover ke liye namak add kare,aur bay leaf dale.aur aap enough water add kare taki pure chicken ko cover kar sake.aap jyda nhi na daal de.agar aapka soup patala hai to aap baad me aur pani add kar sakte hai.

  •  agar aap jyada flavor dalna chahte hai to aap bouillnat chicken add kar sakte hai.

2.  ab pot ko cover kar le aur boil kar medium ya high heat par ye 8-10 minutes le sakta hai.par ye aur bhi kam time le sakta hai depend karti hai ki aapne kitna pani add kiya hai.

 

 

3. ab uncover kare skim kare agar aapka pani boiling hone lagegi aap forth aur lid ka remove kar de upar se wooden spoon se.

 
4. ise 1/4 house pakne de ye aapke chicken ko soft aur aur bone ko ache se paka degi.jaisa ki soup hota hai.aap check kar le ki aapke chicken ache se cook ho gayi hai .

7. aap soup ko strain kare .use kisi dusre container me rakhe aur bone se chicken ko nikal le sare pieces ko discarding kar le aur jab ye finish ho jaye to aap broth ko return kar de aur chicken aur vegetables ko pot me dale aur serve kare.

 
8. optionally aap noodles ke sath cook kar sakte hai.pasta aur rice kam time leti hai soup banane me.
