Chocolate ko melt karna bahut hi easy hai agar aap proper technique use karenge is scorch karna,turn karna aur crumby grainy karna bhi bahut easy hai.agar aapke pass koi different methods hai chocolate melt karne ka to aap vo bhi try kar sakte hai.

Melting A Chocolate

Method one




 

1. aap double- boiler se melt kare,water add Na kare . warna chocolate unusable ho jayegi. agar aap ek bit ko water me dalenge to ek little bit ko vegetables oil me dale ye aapke chocolate ko usable bana degi.aur chocolate grainy ho jayegi.

 
2. chocolate ko double boiler ke top me add kare agar aapke pass double boiler nhi hai to aap ise easly non- plastic bowl me rakh sakte hai.

aap ise halka steaming water me set kare steam chocolate ko slowly cook karti hai.bowl ke upar bottom na rakhe agar bowl water se contact karegi to bowl garam ho jayegi aur chocolate andar se jal sakti hai.agar aap chocolate ko chhote piece me Tod denge to jaldi melt ho jayegi.




 
3. aap chocolate ko melt karne se pehle use ache se move kare kyunki chocolate bahut hi scaled hoti hai .

 

4. chocolate ko continue stirring karne se ye fully melt ho jaati hai aap ise heat par adjust kare agar aap believe karte hai ki chocolate melt ho jayegi bahut hi jald.sare process 5-10 minute me complete ho jayenge.

 

5. aap dipping recipe use kare aur fir se dhyan rahe ki chocolate me wani ko ki drop nhi jani chahiye.

 
Method two ( Chocolate Melting )

1. microwave me melt kare: aapko kitni chocolate melt karni hai pehle sure ho jaye,sare chocolate ko chhote piece me tod le agar knife se cut jati hai to.

 
2. ab chocolate ko microwave me rakh de ek safe bowl me kar ke aur bowl ko microwave me rakh de

 
3. microwave me lowest heat setting par rakhe approximately 30-40 second tak.agar aap small chocolate chips use kar rhe hai to cooking time 30 second se kam hogi.aap 10-15 minute me check kare taki chocolate jal Na jaye.

 
4. aap melt chocolate ko wooden spoon se chalaye . use 10-15 minutes me reintroduce kare. fir continue lowest setting par kar de.

 
5. aap use fir se 10 second ke baad chalaye jab tak chocolate fully melt Na ho jaye .
Dark chocolate jaldi melt ho jati hai milk chocolate jyada time leti hai.agar aap scorching ki chinta karti hai to dark chocolate use kkare

Agar aapke pass bowl nhi hai to chocolate ko kisi sauspan me rakh kar low heat par melt kar sakte hai.aap usme koi bhi water Na add kare .aur use chalate rhe taki jale Na.

Agar aap white chocolate use kar rhe hai to microwave method risky hogi.kyunki White chocolate ki melting point different hoti hai.
