Ingredients

  • 1 cup carnation milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Syrup
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 pods cardamon
  • 5 tablespoons rosewater
  • Pinch saffron
  • 5-10 pistachios

Part one

1. sugar ,water ,cardamon,saffron aur rosewater ko ek pan me heat kar le 5 minute tak.aur ingredients ko milaye aur ache se combine kar le. over heat Na kare.agar syrup caramelized hone lge to aap thora thora pani add kare aur ingredients ko milaye.

4. ab saare milk ko dry ingredients me add kare aur ingredients ko milate rhe taki ye thick aur creamy substance create ho jaye.aap milk thora thora milate rhe jab tak ki dough smooth aur creamy na ho jaye.

 

5. ab dough ko 20 portion me divide kare.jaruri nhi hai ki aap exact banaye
