Momos kaise banaye?

Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Part one

4. aap dough ko mix karte rhe apne hand se aap pani add karte rhe jab tak ki dry na ho jaye.aur dough ko flexible banaye.

 
5. aap dough ko 30 minutes tak chor de: aap bowls ko kapre se cover kar le. ye bahut hi important hai dough ko moist rakhne ke liye.

 

Part two

1. aap decide kare ki aapko kya bharana jab dough rest kar rha ho aap bharne ke liye prepare kar le.aap mono ko meat ,vegetables, ya chees bhar sakte hai.

aap garlic,cilantro,ginger, bouillon, soy sauce aap use kar sakte hai.

2. sare ingredients ko assemble kar le.agar aap vegetables bhar kar banana chahte hai to sare vegetables ko wash kar le.aap sabhi ko chopped kar le.aap garlic , onion aur scallions separate rakhe.

 
3 . aap apne mixture ko season kar le.aap vegetables ko chopped kar le .aur ache se mix kar le

 
4. aap vegetables ko cook kar le.bharene se pehle use ache se cook kar le.
Aap bare pan me 1 tablespoon oil garam kare medium heat par aur usme chopped garlic dale .ab usme chopped onion dale aur use 10-15 second fry kare.agar aap ise daal denge to heat ko high kar le.ab vegetables ko fry kare.aur usme salt pepper dale. Aur ache se fry kare.

 
5. ab bharne ke liye ready ho jayegi use kuch der ke liye refrigerator me rakh de jab tak aap dough banayenge.aap use 1 hour ke liye rakh de.ye aapko flavors deti hai.

 
Part three
1. momos ko usually spicy tomato sauce ke sath use kare.

 
2. tomato ko roast kar le.aap use tab tak roast kare jab tak ki uske skin black na ho jaye.aap vegetables ko non stick surface me rakhe aur use boil kare.

 

3. ab souce ko rakhe aur iske paste bana le agar sauce thick hai to usme pani add kar le.

 
4. aap souce ko refrigerator kar le jab tak momo serve karne ke liye ready hogi.

 
Part four

1. ab dough ka roll prepare kar le : aap ek piece ko bel le agar aap first time bana rhe hai to aap momos shap ka use kar sakte hai.

 
2. aap dough ko pure area me flat circles le bel le: aap dough ko char equal section me divide kar le aur ek piece le aur uske center me ingredients dal de aur dough ko shap de de.

 

3. momo ko round kar le : Ishi tarah se sare momo ko bhar kar shap bana le.

 
Part five

1. ab device kare ki aap momo ko kaise banana chahenge. aap steaming kar sakte hai ye bahut hi common hai nhi to aap ise cook kar sakte hai aap pan fry ya deep fry kar sakte hai.

 

2. momo ko steam kare aap steamer momo bhar de aur use kuch minute tak steam kare aur ise high heat par steam kare

 

3. agar pan fry momo banani hai to aap medium heat par frying pan rakhe aur usme vegetables oil dale aur carefully momo ke piece ko dale aur ise golden brown tak fry kare.

 
4. aap momo serve kare jab tak ye hot hai momo ko immediately spicy sauce ke sath serve karna chahiye.
