Ingredients

  • Classic mushroom
  • Rice
  • 2-3 onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • Chicken ke liye 6-8 cup oil

Step one.

1. ek bare pan me 3 tablespoon olive oil garam kijiye medium heat par.humesa pan garam hone par hi oil dale .aur bari pan use kare rice achi pakegi

5.  ab 6 cup broth ko garam kare jab tak mushroom Pak rhi hai.aap use medium souce pot ya microwave use Karen . broth ko medium ya high heat par garam kare.ise boil nhi karna hai bus chone se garam lage.

 

6. mushroom ko 3-5 minutes tak cook kare tab usme 1 tablespoon butter dale .aapko mushroom thori wilted dikhegi.aur aapke pan me liquid sukh jayegi. Agar aap Healthier risotto chahte hai to butter nhi bhi daal sakte hai.

 

 

7. ab 2 cup arborio add kijiye .agar ek baar butter melt ho gyi hai to usme rice dal de aur 1 minutes tak cook kare jab tak rice appear ho jaye.ise rice ko toasting bhi kehte hai.aapko liquid add karne se pehle ye karna hai.
