Poha ek simple lekin healthy breakfast aur brunch dish hai jo ki North India me originated hai.ise aloo poha bhi kehte hai,ise chuda /pressed rice ,potatoes, onions aur spice se banti hai.ye quite aur easy meal hai ek baar agar aapke pass sare ingredients hai to.poha maharashtrian word hai .Jo ki aap sirf ise Indian grocers me hi payenge.
Ye recipe main course hai aur ise 4 serves hoti hai.

Poha kaise banate hai?

Ingredients




  •  tablespoon peanut,canola ya vegetables oil
  • 2-3 cups poha ( beaten rice dry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard oil
  • 1-2 green chillies.

 

Agar aap jyada spicy banana chahte hai to aur bhi de sakte hai

  • 1 onion
  • 1 cut potatoes
  • 1/2 cup peanut
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 curry leaves
  • Salt to teste

 

Additional

  • Fresh lemon
  • 1/2 grated coconut
  • A peanch asafetida

Method one




Breakfast poha banane ke liye

1. Poha ko 2-3 cup pani me daal de aur use 3-3 minutes tak soak hone de.agar poha aapke fingers ke bich me halka meshed hone lage to ye ready ho gyi hai.to aapko aur aur soak karne ki jarurat nhi hai.

 

Rice tabhi soak kare jab aapko banana hai.
2. ab one cup diced potatoes ko cook kare two minutes tak microwave me.ye partly potatoes ke andar side cook karti hai.ye oil me cook karne se jyada time leti hai.ab potatoes ko roughly 1/2 inch cubes kar le

 

3. ab poha ko water se nikal le .nikal kar use apne fingers se halka mess kare aur pani me ache se nikal le poha me se.ab isko bowl me rakh de iska use baad me hota hai.

 

4. one teaspoon oil garam kare medium large pan me .agar aapke pass wok hai to use use kare.Normal saucepan acha kaam karegi.agar pan lightly smoking karne lge to samjh le itni garam kafi hai.
5. ab usme one teaspoon mustard seed daale jab oil crackle hone lage jab aap seeds dalenge to ye dance aur hiss karne lagegi25-30 second ke baad.ek baar jab ye creackles hone lge aap dusre ingredients ke taraf moov kar sakte hai.agar aapke pass microwave nhi hai potatoes ko avi add kare .agar aapne asafetida dalna chahte hai to use bhi abhi dale.

 

6. ab diced onion dale ,green chilies aur partially cooked potatoes dale .ab pan me small onion aur 1-2 green chillies chop up kare .ise ache se milaye aur two three minutes cook kare agar onion mostly clean ho gyi ho to samjh le ye ho gya.
7. ab usme four curry leaves dale ,spices ,1/2 cup peanut aur 1/2 teaspoon sugar daal de.aap usme cilantro aur lemon bhi add kare aur dono ko ache se milaye.aur use cook hone de ache se mix hone de.aur sure Jo jaye ki potatoes completely cook ho gyi hai tabhi move kare .aur spices ke liye salt se Start kare 3/4 teaspoon Haldi,curry powder, garam masala, chili powder garlic powder in sab ko dale.

ab usme rice add kare aur ache se chalaye sabhi ko poha se mix kare aur medium low heat par cook kare .sabhi ko sath me cook karte rhe jab tak poha garam na ho jaye.

 

Part two

1. aapko pta hoga poha bahut hi costomizable versatile recipe hai.kyunki ye simplicity se relative karti hai to aap bahut se chizen add kar sakte hai Jo poha me suit kare aapke teste ke liye.
2. potatoes ko aur bhi fry kare batata puri banane ke liye.ye recipe crispy texture ban jayegi.aap 1/2 teaspoon extra oil add kare potatoes ko fry karne le liye agar light golden color outside ho jaye to samjh le ye ho gya .potatoes ko fully cook Na kare.

 

3. ab 1/2 cup chickpeas dale.ya chana daal sakte hai poha ko healthy banane ke liye.ise golden brown hone tak cook kare.

 

4. aap poha me green peas aur jyada vegetables based add kare.ab aap usme halka sweetness dale ye poha ke liye perfect hai.aap serve karne se pehle 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes add kare.

 

5. poha ko hot hi serev kare.
