Kuch logo ke liye subah uthana bahut muskil ho jata hai jab tak vo bed par reh kar 3 cup coffee na pi le tab vo apne mind se baat karte hai aur ok feel karte hai.aisa sabhi nhi karte hai.

 

agar aap jaldi uthna chahte hai to aapko apne sone ke schedule ko reset karna hoga aur fir aapko jaldi uthne ke habit ko develop karna hoga

1. Aap apna goal banaye uthane ke time ko.agar aap 6 baje uthna pasand karte hai aur aap us time uthne ke liye ready hai to ye aapke goal ho jayenge. agar aap ek baar jaldi uthne lagenge to aapka habit ho jayegi aur aap jyada sona pasand nhi karenge.

 
2. Aap apne alarm clock ko 15 minutes pehle set kare.agar aap normally 9 bje so jate hai to aur aap 6.30 me uthna chahte hai to ye aapka aim nhi hai.

 

 

3. Aap khud ko enough time de raat ko ache se rest ke liye.agar aap 12-9 ke bich sone jate hai to 6 am me uth jaye.agar aap jaldi se jaldi uthna chahte hai to jaldi se jaldi so jayiyi. Goal ye nhi hai ki aap kam soye goal ge hai ki aap jaldi uthe.

3. Apne alarm clock ko snoozing karna avoid kare.jab alarm ring kare bed se uthe aur apni morning start kare snoozing aapko jyada rested feel nhi karne deti hai..

 

 
4 aap subah exercise kare bahut se doctor ye recommend karte hai ki sabhi ko subah jaldi uth kar exercise karni chahiye. To aap gym jaaye ,basketball team join kare ya fir koi aur activity kare.ye saare chize aapko jaldi sone me help karegi.

 

 
5. Aap raat me drink ko avoid kare ye aapke body ko awake karti hai.aap coffee bhi piye to jyada Na piye.

 

 
6. Log jyada sote hai next day jab vo previous day nhi so pate hai.agar aap Monday ko 5 ya 6 hours soye hai to Tuesday ko 10 se 11 hours tak soye nhi to aap har morning lazy feel karenge.

 

 

7. Bed par jaane se pehle jyada na khaye .jyada kha lenge to sone me difficult hogi to acha hai ki aap ise avoid kare.
Agar aap jaldi uthna chahte hai to acha hoga ki aap jaldi uthe iske liye aapko exercise karni hogi,caffeine ko avoid karna hoga naps le,aur raat me light hi khaye.
