Tasty Samosa Kaise Banate Hai Puri Step-wise Jaankari Simple Samosa Making Tutorial

Samosa bahut hi popular snack hai India, Pakistan, Bangladesh me. khud se samosa banana bhi bahut hi aasan hai. iske liye aapko maida ki jarurat padegi .
Maida ko ek bade bartan me mix kar le fir ise 30 minutes ke liye rest karne de. ab aap isme bharne ke kiye potatoes aur saare ingredients taiyar kar le. iske saath hi ab meda ko bel ke aur ise 8 barabar bhag me cut karke usme potatoes bhar ke use saare taraf se pack kar le aur fir use garam oil me golden brown fry kar ke use chutney ke sath serve kare.

Aaiye jante hai ise kaise taiyar kiya jata hai.

Jaruri Samman (Materials Required)  –

  • 2 cup meda
  • 1 teaspoon namak
  • 2 teaspoon oil ya ghee
  • 1 cup water vegetables oil
  • 1 cup boil potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grean peas
  • 1 2 teaspoon minced adark
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic 1
  • teaspoon minced jeera golki.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Haldi.
  • 2 tablespoon oil ya ghee

Part one

1.  aap meda me namak dalkar ache se Mila le.aur ache se saan le

 

2. aur usme ghee ya oil daal kar use apne fingers se milayiye.use milate rahiye jab tak ki vo ache tarah se tight na ho jaye .ye dry aur flaky ho jaani chahiye

 
3. ab usme 5 tablespoon pani daal kar milayiye. Ise milane ke liye aap apna finger use kare aur aap usme pani milate jayiyi.

 

4. ab meda ko ghuma lijiye aur fir use apne hand ke knead se surface ko clean karne 4 minutes tak use apne hathon se milate rahiye.

 
5. ab meda ko 30 minutes tak chor de.use plastic ya wrap se cover karde Jab tak aap uske bharene ka banayenge.ye aapko achi texture banane me help karegi.
Part two

1. ghee ko bare saucepan me garam Karen.ise medium ya high heat par rehne de.

2. ab jeera ko usme toast kare .jeera ko ache flavor ke scent ke kiye toast karte hai.jab aapka jeera toast ho jayega to aapke room me fragrant ho jayegi aur jeera tutne lagegi 30 second tak.

3. onion aur ginger ko daal de.aur use five minutes tak fry Karen.

4. ab usme garlic,chilli pepper, Haldi, namak, aur garam masala daliye. Aur use ache se Mila le.

5. ab aalu ke piece ko daliye ab saare mixture ko ache se Mila kar fry kare aur peas ko bhi.aap use tab tak pakaye jab tak ki vo dry Na ho jaaye.lagbhal 3 minutes.
6. ab saare potatoes mix ko thanda kar le.ise heat se hata kar thanda kar lijiye. Chapatti banaye.
Part three-

1. meda ko 8 barabar bhag me cut kar le

 

2. ab ise chapatti ko roll kar lijiye. Aur chapatti patali honi chahiye.

 
3. Chapatti ko roll kar ke usme potatoes mix ko daal kar fingers se press kar dijiye.

4.  ise saare chapatti se mix potatoes dal kar bana le .
5.  oil garam Karen aur 3-4 samosa ko ek sath fry Karen jab tak ki vo golden brown Na ho jaye.
6.  ab ise garam samosa ke sath greenchutney bhi serev Karen.
Is trah Se aap samosa Bana sakte hai. Aapka samosa ready ho jayega. Samosa Garm ho to jayda maza aata hai isliye ise garm-garm hi serve kare aor khud khaye.
