Sev puri ek traditional Street food hai ye spicy,sweet aur full of flavors hoti hai.snack ki base small hoti hai ise deep fry kiya jata hai jise puri ya papdi kehte hai.aur uske upar me spicy chutney aur chili dalte hai .ise lhane e bahut hi testy lagti hai.

Sev puri kaise banaye

Ingredients

  • 36 crisp puris ya papadis
  • 3/4 cup sev
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Green dhaniya chutney ke liye

  • 2 cup dhaniya Patti
  • 2 hari mirch.
  • 1/2 inches finger root
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 jeera powder
  • 1/2 chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Banane ki Vidhi

Part one

1. aap green chutney ingredients ko chop kar le .coriander leaves ko rinse kar le ,green chili,aur lime sab ko rinse kar le.aur ginger aur green chili ko dice kar le.lime ko adha cut kar le aur ek chote bowl me squeeze kar le.

 
2. ab hari chutney ke ingredients ko grind kar le ab 2 cup chopped dhaniya Patti ko rakh de ab dice green chili aur 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala ,dice ginger,1teaspoon lemon juice aur namak sare ingredients ko Mila le aur sabhi ko smooth paste bana le.ab green chutney ko ek bowl me rakh de.

 
3. ab tamarind aur dates ko low heat par bana le.tamarind chutney banane le liye 2 cup pani,1/2 cup seedless tamarind ko pan me low heat par rakhe. Use tab tak cook kare jab tak ki fruit soften Na ho jaye use 8-9 minute tak cook kare.

 
4. ab jaggery powder add kare jab tamarind soft ho jaye tab jaggery add kare Jan mixture thickens ho jaye 2 minute ke baad usme red chili add kare ,dhaniya Patti,dried ginger powder aur roasted jeera powder dale.aur use mixture ko 2 minutes tak chor de.

 
5. ab mixture ko grind kar le chutney ke liye.ek baar jab mixture simmered ho jaye to salt dal de.aur use chalate.aur fir heat off kar de aur thanda hone de.ek baar jab chutney thandi ho jaye use grinder me kar le .jab tak smooth Na ho jaye grind kare.aa

pko mixture me water add karne parenge properly grind karne ke liye.agar aapne tamarind chutney bana liya hai to use ek side me bowl me rakh de.

 
6. ab chili ko soak kare aur garlic ko chop kar le red chutney ke liye.red chili ko slice kar le aur seeds ko remove kar le aur fir cilies ko bowl me pani dale aur use 30 minute tak soak kar le.jab tak ye soak honge,garlic ko peel aur garlic ko dice kar le.
Aap jab chili touch kar rhe ho to eyes ke touche Na kare aur apne hath ko thik se wash kar le.

 
7. chili aur garlic ko grind kar le jab aap food processor me dalte hai to usme one teaspoon water add kare aur ingredients ko grind kar aur paste bana le.

 

Part two
1. ab potatoes ko cold water me rakhe scrub kare aur ache se wash kare fir medium size pot me rakhe aur usme thandi pani me dale aur namak dale aur potato ko cook kare .

 
2. ab potatoes ko medium heat par rakhe aur boil kare.jab potatoes boil hona Start ho jaye to heat reduce kar le .aur use uncover kar le.

 
3. ab potatoes ko check kar le 10 minutes ke baad.

 
4. ab potatoes ko drain kar le aur use chop kar le .potatoes ke cook hone ke baad use thande pani me rakhe aur use thanda hone de.fir use small piece me chop kar le.

 

5. ab onion chop kar le fir tomato wash kare aur use cut kar le.

 
Part three

1. ab papri ke center me lol kare .aur usme usme saare ingredients ko bahut hi carefully dale.

 
2. potatoes se pori ko stuff kar le aur onion bhi dale.aap spoon use kare.

 
3. ab us par chutney dale ek tablespoon add kare.

 
4. ab us par chaat masala chidak le chutney add a karne ke baad usme chili powder ,chat masala, roasted jeera powder black salt dale.

 
5. ab use lar sev dale

 
6. ab immediately serve kare .sev puri immediately serve karne honge nhi to ye soggy hone lagte hai.

Pasta ek versatile dish hai ise banana bahut hi aasan hai.hum aapko batate hai ki pasta kaise banata hai.

Pasta banana

 

1. ek bare pot me 2/3 pani dale.aur usme namak daal de jitna hi aapko chahiye.

 

2. aur pani ko high heat me boil kar le.

5. ab use 8 se 10 minute tak cook kare.
6 .pasta ko strainer me dalkar excess water me dal de.
7. ab pasta ko wapas se pot me rakhe aur use apne favorite sauce ke sath toss kare.

 

Pasta banane ke Step

 

1. pehle aap decide kare ki kaun SA pasta aap banana chahte hai. Aap koi ek pasta dale Jo sauce ke sath suit kare ache se.acha hoga ki aap ache brand ke pasta le Jo ki 100 % durum wheat semolina se bani ho.

 

2. use bare pot me dale 2/3 water ke sath.aap ye dekh le ki jab pasta boil ho rha ho to pani bahar na gire.aap under-fill Na kare pot ko ye pasta ko sticky banati hai.aapko sahi sahi pasta aur water ka retio dena chahiye. Aur use hot water hi add kare.

 
3. aap stove ko high heat par rakhe.

 
4. aap namak dale jitni jarurat hai.bare pot me liye 1 ya 2 tablespoons namak sufficient hai.

 
5. pani ke boil hone ki wait kare.

 
6. ab usme pasta dale aur lambe spoon se chalaye.aap dhyan de ki pasta stick na ho jaye.especially jab aap first me dalte hai tab.

 
7. ab stove ko slightly kam kar de.aur pasta ko continue boil kare aur use chalate rhe .aap pot ko cover Na kare.

 
8. jab ye 8 10 minutes tak boil ho jaye to aap ek piece pasta ka le aur check kar le ki ye paki hai ya nhi .alternative pasta 2-3 minute me pakana start ho jata hai.ab stove ko off kar le.ab pot ko dusre thandi jagah par rakh de.aur 10-15 minutes tak cover kar le.ye pasta ke center me dhire dhire cook hogi.

 

9. aap pasta ko cut kare agar ye bahut hard hai to aur agar aapne center me white dekha hai to use kuch der aur pakane parenge.

 
10. stove ko band kar de aur pot ko khali kar de

 
11. ab excess pani me pasta ko dale aur fir wapas se ose pot me rakhe.

 
12. Ab usme olive oil dale taki noodles sticking ho..

 
13. ab ise apne favorite sauce se cover kar aur use ache se Mila le.

 

 

14 . Aap usme Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley ya basil leaves add kare.

 

Method one

 

1. aap ek saucepan ko medium heat par rakhe.

 

 

2. aur apne hath ko upar rakh kar heat teste kar le.agar aap feel karenge ki ge garam ho chuki hai.to ye use karne ke liye enough hai.

 
3 .ab pan ke bottom ko olive oil se cover kar le.

Ingredients

Poori ke liye
Agar aap poori ko fry nhi karna chahte hai to aap ready made puri kharid sakte hai.

 

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon maida
  • Ek chutki namak
  • Garam pani
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 roasted potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon red chili
  • Chopped green chili
  • Chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala

 
Pani ke liye

  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2-3 chopped green chili
  • 1/2 checked mint leaves
    Water

 

Part one

Poori banane ke liye
1. aata ko garam pani se mix kare aap ise bowl me mix kare aur usme chutki bhar namak Mila de . aap usme one teaspoon garam pani dale aur use fingers se mix kare aap usme pani dhire dhire dale aur dough bana le aap jyada pani mix Na kar de.agar dough bahut moist lage aap usme extra maida dal de .

 
2. dough ko ache se Mila de apne hathon ko use kare aur 7 minutes tak use milate rhe jab tak ki vo tight Na ho jaye.

 
3. aap 1 teaspoon oil add kare aur use milate rhe aur 3 minutes tak oil ko pour kare. Ye dough ko flavor aur texture me improve karegi.

 
4. dough ko kuch der chor de .aur bowl ko kapre se cover kar de .aur bowl ko dry aur warm place par rakh de aur 15-20 minutes tak chor de.

 

5. ab dough ko bahut hi patli roll kare.aap rolling pin use kare aur circle bana le .aur use bel le.

 
6. ab dough ke circles ko chote chote cut kar le .

 
7. aur oil heat kare fry karne ke liye .oil ko high heat par garam kare

 
8. ab poori ko fry kare jab oil garam ho Jaye aap usme kuch hi dough circle ko dale cook karne ke liye .kuch second ke baad ye fulne lagegi aur crispy ho jayegi.

Jab ye crispy ho jaye aur bahut hi light brown ho jaye 20-30 second ke baad ise bare spoon se plat me nikal le. continue fry karte rhe .poori bahut hi quickly banti hai .jab ye fry ho jaye to poori ko cover Na kare.

 
Part two
Bharne ke liye

1. potato ko prepare kar le: potato ko chil le aur use roughly chop kar le use pot me rakhe aur cold water se cover kar le .aap potatoes ko tab tak cook kare jab tak ki ye soft na ho jaye .aur potatoes ko mash le .

 

2. ab usme red chili powder, chopped green chili, chopped onions, chat masala, dhaniya patti, dale .aur usne chutki bhar namak add kare aur fork se use ache se potatoes ke sath mix kar de.mixture ko test kar le agar jarurat ho to aur namak aur spice dale.

 
Part three

Pani banane ke liye

1. aap pani me sare chiz ko combine kar le : jyada sugar pani me Na daale.aap thora pani dale aur necessary ingredients dale aur mix kar de.

 
2. paste ko 2-3 cup pani me mix kar de aap paste aur pani ko mixing bowl me daal kar ache se mix kare.aap test kar le aur black salt add kare agar necessary hai to.

 
3. pani ko thanda kar le agar aap chahte hai to: agar aap thanda pani chahate hai to pani ko refrigerator me rakh dijiye.

 
Part four

Serve kare pani poori
1. aap poori ke center me tap kare ise apne fingertips se kare: aur aap dhyan se tap kare warna puri tut jayegi.

 
2. aur use small quantities potatoes mix daale: agar aap chahte hai to aap usme kuch aur bhi bhar sakte hai like chutney, sauce.

 
3. ap poori ko pani me dip kare: aap pani me poori ko jyada der tak Na rakhe.

 
4. aur ise khaye jab tak ye crispy hai. aur serve kare.
